We are an international co-operative of booksellers who believe quality of books and quality of service far outweigh quantity of listings. Collectively, we offer one of the worlds best and safest book-buying sites.
Pazzo Books was opened by brothers Brian and Tom Nealon in 2003 in Roslindale Square. Brian had just graduated from college and Tom had arrived at loose ends and, it was generally agreed, was bound to become a nuisance. What better way to occupy their time, fulfill a dream, and enjoy their ambivalent relationship with capitalism than to open a used bookstore?
Pazzo Books stocks approximately 20,000 books in a wide variety of scarcities and subjects. It has always been our aim to be a local bookshop, so we try to carry the sorts of books that people read as well as the sorts that they may collect. Our well stocked fiction sections are as likely to contain Murakami and Heinlein as Marlowe and Hawthorne.
Pazzo moved to its current location on Centre St. in West Roxbury in June of 2008.
