WHAT IS THE WORLD BOOK MARKET?

We are an international group of booksellers that believes quality of books and quality of service far outweigh quantity of listings. You may not find every book that you are looking for here, but if you do find one you can be sure it will be accurately described, well packaged, promptly shipped, fully guaranteed and, if something should be amiss, you will be able to get a real person on the phone immediately.

There may even be a physical shop, what we call an Agent, in your area that will help with any needs. We have pooled our book listings on this website and on each of our private websites.

Although we began as a purely B&M (physical bookstore) group, we have now opened up our Membership to booksellers of all shapes, types and sizes, whether situated in a physical store or not. more information...

Meiser Books (now That Used Bookstore) is a family owned and operated company, located in the city of Tecumseh, Michigan, about 25 minutes outside of Toledo, Ohio. We have been selling books since 2000.

I started this company as a tribute to my late father, who nicknamed me "Miss Mouse" as a child. I was always reading, so hence the logo.

Hopefully my children will take over the business someday, and it will create a new family legacy.

We love helping people find books they loved as a child, or helping introduce people to books they never knew existed. Thanks for your business!
