Our Ethics Committee is still finalising this Code, which will be one accepted by all Members of the World Book Market, and will be binding upon all Members of the group. A full text of this Code will be published here shortly (and on each of our private web sites). This Code will contain all of the following, plus other material:

1. A guarantee of the highest levels of customer service and professionalism from each member of the World Book Market, and from us collectively on behalf of one another;

2. An undertaking from each World Book Market member to assist with any difficulties, problems or disputes relating to sales by any other Member to any customer in the Members immediate location;

3. A specific undertaking that books ordered from any Member will be as described on the websites, and that any significant or value-affecting flaws and faults with any book will be noted in the book’s description on the websites;
